
微生物加固技术新进展及其在土体改良中的应用研究

Bio-based soil improvement has emerged to be one of the promising solutions for low carbon and sustainability in the future. Although a considerable amount of effort has been devoted to the studies of microbially induced carbonate precipitation (MICP) and Enzyme induced carbonate precipitation (EICP) based soil improvement methods, there are still many limitations to be overcome. In this talk, some of the challenges and difficulties are highlighted. A brief summary of the recent progress on biocementation and its applications in soil improvement, including the current state-of-the-art will be presented. Field trials of some of the methods will also be introduced.

楚剑,南洋理工大学校长讲席教授,城市对策研究中心主任,城市环境资源效益及可持续性研究中心共同主任, 新加坡工程院院士。曾任南洋理工土木与环境工程学院院长及美国爱荷华州立大学 终身讲席教授 (James M. Hoover Chair Professor)。长期致力于土的工程性质、填海、软基加固、海岸岩土及微生物岩土技术的研究。曾担任新加坡岩土工程学会会长和国际土力学和岩土工程学会(ISSMGE) “海岸岩土工程防灾减灾”技术委员会主席。现任ISSMGE“填海技术委员会”主席及“地基处理委员会”执行委员等多职。受邀在80多个国际会议上做主题或特邀报告。任Acta Geotechnica主编,Biogeotechnics 主编 及 ASCE Journal of Materials in Civil Engineering付主编。 主持多项来自政府和企业的总计千多万美元研究经费的科研项目,并于2004年荣获加拿大岩土工程学会颁发的R. M. Quigley奖, 2018年新加坡岩土工程学会颁发的杰出岩土工程师奖和2024年新加坡交通部颁发的部长创新奖。
